Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Overall this was a great place to stay for a few nights while exploring London. The sheets had hair on them and I didn't have a top sheet, making nights very warm with just a comforter. That being said, the check in process was easy and the place is convenient to multiple transit options and restaurants. I'd stay again.
