Mostly good, but price was too high for an overall top rating. Perhaps including breakfast or a voucher for a local cafe could lift rating. Also stairs were quite steep and there were no ground floor rooms.

good value for money
This provided good value for money. in a good location close to shops and restaurants. I didn't really mind the fact that due to some unspecified reasons they weren't doing breakfast, but the receptionist might have said "but there is a good cafe about 150 yards away over there", not helpful. otherwise, all OK

Hard to fault for the price...
2nd time I've stayed here and it's more than adequate for my needs. Importantly, the room was clean, quiet and guest house has about 6-7 parking spaces (free). The shared bathroom was spotless. Comfortable bed.TV in room. What more can you expect for the cost?

Happy holidays!
Overall it was lovely room was clean and they offered us a fan to deal with the hot weather. The one downside is there is no breakfast facilities

We were welcomed with genuine warmth and it would be hard to find nicer people. Very convenient for Surbiton centre with excellent bus service close by. Excellent breakfast and remarkably quiet despite its location on a busy road.

Low price but functional accommodation.
Parked in car park at front and got a £110 parking ticket as wheel touching pavement! I am guessing this happens often but there was no warning at hotel.

Quirky but quite surprising
You can forgive the Warwick Lodge their tiny, quirky rooms for the friendly, willing staff, convenient bus-stop... and full cooked breakfasts. We left our luggage and came back a week later... to a bigger room!

Safe and convenient
One night only. Unfortunately the heat wave made it a little uncomfortable but a fan was provided which helped. I felt safe.
