Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined. Cleaning carts in the corridor when checking in. Not a great experience.

Great hotel and near to the tube station. Local restaurants nearby and walkable to museums and the Albert hall. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good value with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room wa a super bonus 👍😊
