Good clean room. Avoid 4th floor attic rooms. The slope takes up half the tiny room. Hit our head so many times!!! But even so we would stay there again.

Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. Also on a bus route if we did not feel like walking. Had some difficulty getting the staff to regulate the cooling system in the room.

It is a lovely property ; lovely reception staff ; feels so nice ; wifi excellent Downsides ; Noisy construction site outside window ; Smelly bathroom ; poor Gluten Free breakfast - no labels ; even said baked beans were not gluten free ( not had that one in 30 years of being a Coeliac !!) Shame as could have been so nice

Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming ..."
