Staff were friendly and there had been an issue where I had been charged twice for my room, which after an hour was sorted out. Stayed in a suite which was lovely but could do with a spruce up as cracked tiles in bathroom, light in kitchen not working, damage to bedroom wall and very dusty lamps. ...
