Strand Palace Hotel
room spotless, staff very professional which is good these days as not many places can say this, I liked the choice of hand and bath soaps and would like to join as member with view to staying again, but cannot work out the internet format to do so.

The first staff member was pleasant and we paid for an upgrade to a suite but when we went to the room, they gave us a room that someone was already checked into. Royal Garden Hotel
The staff at this hotel exceed my expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable, well designed and provided nice features such as usb port to charge my phone with a converter and a great desk to work from while traveling. I could live in this hotel. I will certainly stay here again!
