We absolutely loved 1 Hotel Mayfair. The location is located near where all the most exciting festivities take place in London and is just steps from the Underground to travel in all directions. The staff is attentive, professional and courteous. The room is classy and spotless. I plan to return to 1 Hotel Mayfair for my next trip to London.

Went to see muse concert venue and facilities excellent but crowd management on leaving very slow 1.5 hours to get to tube on foot normally 5 mins
