I would say if you have teenagers then this house is perfect as the kids all stay downstairs and the master is upstairs. We cooked a full meal in the kitchen and it is very well stocked. We brought our own kayaks though there were kayaks there. We then brought our kayaks to Manatee springs area and kayaked the suwannee river as well......."
