"Was disappointed the snack, drink, and coffee shop closed early every day and wasn't happy on a Sunday night at 8:45pm Intrepid restaurant was closed and 1609 was backed up in the kitchen they wouldn't seat us. For a large resort they should be able to accommodate you to eat. Also the pool bar service ended at 6pm when several people were still in the pool we would have to get out of the pool and walk a ways to get a drink instead of having service."

"A lovely bungalow right on the water with its own beach. Great outdoor sofa, chairs and chaises. Nicely supplied with beach, towels, floats and other water gear. Very comfortable sofa and all needed kitchen ware. Nice water dispenser for cold and hot water. Very comfortable bed in loft. Use caution when first using stairs until familiar. The best area in Bermuda to us as it is quiet, private and a bus stop very close. We enjoyed the bus system, very convenient and affordable."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. A special thanks to Nick! His kindness, attentiveness, and excellent service truly stood out! The amenities were perfect, the property was beautiful and well maintained, and the beaches were absolutely pristine. Having such gorgeous, clean beaches right on the property was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Their on-site restaurant also served delicious meals. The rooms could use a little maintenance and updating here and there, but honestly, nothing major or anything that took away from our experience. The incredible staff, beautiful property, and pristine beaches more than made up for it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway!"

"It’s better than the pictures. I stayed with my kids and was grateful for the room. We walked to Breezes one night and used the bus system the rest of the time from the bus stop that was right next to the property. I used the deck, patio, and deck multiple times every day. The ambiance and peacefulness were incredible. I love watching the ferry pull up to the dock. I’d stay here over and over again."

"Ben was responsive and informative. Property was as described with a layout that allowed for flexibility in socializing with different age groups and styles. There are several fast food type places that are within easy walking distance. Beach is nearby and very user friendly. Ben's recommendations were spot on, particularly for Ray and his boat Mona Lisa which was one of the highlights of our stay.Highly recommend for large groups. Only thing that could be better would be a little more lighting in the common rooms."
