"My husband and I stayed at Chautauqua with our 4 and 1 year old. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the complementary breakfast was very good, and the close walk to the beach and pool made our stay so fun. The only minor issue I had was our room was not as clean as it could have been. My son’s hands and feet were very dirty from crawling on the floor. I would say the carpets could use a wash and the linoleum could be mopped. Other than that our stay was lovely and my family had a great time. We would come back and stay again."

"I was looking for an affordable dog friendly vacancy on the Oregon or Washington Coast to get away from the heat wave here in Vancouver. I found that at the Fireside Inn in Long Beach. The staff was so kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice and the 24 seven coffee, tea and ice water dispensers a nice touch. I wasn’t crazy about the mattress. It was so squishy. It was hard to move around in. Through no fault of their own, it certainly is not anywhere in a scenic area, but definitely close to the boardwalk, restaurants and access to stores and so on. It was quiet at night even with a group of motorcycle riders who honored the 10 o’clock quiet time."

"This was a lovely place to stay! We felt very welcomed, it's LGBTQ+ friendly which was wonderful. The only slight difficulty was the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but that is the mildest of complaints and we are picky bed people. The rest was great! The food was delicious, the room felt really nice, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. And it's so fun to stay in a historic place! We highly recommend staying here!"

"It was very nice and quaint. Carlos the host was very accommodating and always got right back to us when we had questions. I wish it had a little better view of the water but you walk a couple min and you are right there. Ir was cool to see all the deer around the property as well. And only a few min to walk to the cute little town. Nice shops and good restaurants. Would definitely stay there again."
