"Excellent property and the owner is very nice! We were visiting from Texas and never have been to Long Beach before. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. The location of the home is perfect and can walk to the beach about two blocks away. There is a laundry mat around the corner and can knock out your laundry fast. "We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "
