"I used to love this hotel. Stayed 20 plus nights over 8 years (considering I live 2000 miles away and not associated with the airlines that frequent this hotel) Had arguably the worst experience after the amazing 15 minute check in period. Valet and front desk were very hospitable. But then starts the disappointment. Room keeping must have been in a rush because room was turned over with body wash and conditioner and shampoo at below usage levels... Damaged mirror was hanging in the wall by a screw(literally) Toilet seat needed replacing And had issues with trying to operate the shower...after bringing the details to front desk my replacement room in a hotel at under 70% occupancy was the room next door to another room being serviced with obnoxious noise levels. Also the replacement room had 3 other eye sores that would almost make the room unavailable at most comparable properties. For a hotel that charges 160 minimum (can go up to 500 when busy) plus a mandatory destination fee of 60 dollars. I never thought I would have to need a law degree to explain what my food and beverage credit worked for. The attendant at the cafe didn't want to offer me room charge after letting the guest right in front of me use room charge! (which is the only way to get the Credit?!) To say I was disappointed is being nice..."

"Won't stay there again, had to park at another hotel and wasn't informed of this prior to the stay. No elevator, northing is handled at the hotel everything is off site. It sucked. I felt like I was back in the day. We paid for cruise parking at their parking partners (courtyard Marriott) had to pay the Lumea hotel cash and they held a 2nd deposit. $145 cruise parking. $150 hotel deposit and still haven't got the hotel.deposit back. We checked out 4/12/26 its the 16th and they told us three business days from today. Not feeling the Lumea"

"Really beautiful, extremely clean, completely modernized. Lovely bathroom, soft fluffy towels, and really sweet staff, all of them-apart from the women working the SPA desk the day we checked in. Really awful attitude. I asked if they had any availability for any treatments and she was just rude. I get it they were pretty booked up but she couldn’t even be bothered to look at me to answer. She put a real damper on the whole stay. "

"Clean and comfortable with a perfect amount of living spaces. The pool table/air hockey table and hot tub were great amenities! Host was very accommodating with good communication and answered all my questions!"
