"The room that was reserved for me was on the first floor and probably the worst room they have. I asked if they can change the room for me but they said that I have to upgrade to get another room. I ended spending an extra $100 for the 2 nights to change the room"

"Tv did not work. We called the front desk (with our cell phone because room phone did not work), and we were told maintenance would come by to fix it but they never did. We spoke to them the next day about not having light in the vanity area to get ready and they said the maintenance person had quit the day before so there was no one to go fix it. They gave us a 15% discount for the inconvenience. Property was under renovation and noise was loud starting at 8:30, so we couldn’t sleep in."

"Very nice facilities for a younger crowd. No off street parking and the nearby parking garages were very expensive! If you are older, it is very difficult to walk around so if you left and came back several times during the day, you were paying 33 dollars each time no matter how long you parked! Our tiny fridge in the room was non operational when we got there so we called the front desk. Said they would send someone right away to switch it out. Maintenance guy did not show up until the next day close to check out time."
