"We just spent ten wonderful nights at the Sheraton, and the location couldn't be better. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold tea and refreshing towels—such a lovely touch after our ten-hour journey. Jane at the reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got the perfect room for our needs. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, offering an impressive variety of options. The hotel was pleasantly quiet at night, and having a balcony to dry our clothes while enjoying the great view was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed some drinks at the Altitude Bar, which added to our relaxing experience. Tram our cleaning lady was also so sweet. The pool area provided towels, and Leo at the Tiki Bar was especially friendly. We did try to access the beach, but with only 18 available sunbeds, getting there early or later in the day is essential. We would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again! Kudos to Team S for making our stay so enjoyable—thank you!"

"The hotel is centrally located. It has over 40 levels so it was a bit too crowded for me. Long wait for the elevator, restaurant for breakfast was very busy & not enough beach lounge chairs (staff later clarified government did not give them permit for more chairs). Staff was nice & breakfast had a lot of options, this part was great."

"The room was quite clean. I used to work at a hotel and saw tiny marks here and there but overall I could not complain. The pool was clean apart in general. I don't support having the smoking area next to the pool, but I guess it's a common practice here. The area is good. I loved that the hotel is not huge, it gives you some privacy"

"Very nice and in a good location! Short walk from the beach and markets about 15 min walk. Breakfast was good just not as many options as our last stay at the Sheraton in Da Nang. Would still stay again 😊"

"The pool had construction going on around so you can’t relax. The restaurants are not as advertised, not open until 10 but 8:30 and one restaurant is only open for the breakfast. The rooms are nice and service is good. The gym doesn’t have cleaning solution but is nice otherwise. "
