"The room was nice. Clean, large, beautiful ocean view. The hallway and the carpet from the elevator to the room not so nice. Badly stained and as it is a condo/hotel - the smells from cooking food - not so great. The breakfast, lobby, the location were fabulous. The private beach was shut down due to the typhoon- not the hotels fault. The staff friendly. The overall experience was great."

The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make a big difference.The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes — definitely one of the best in town."
