"From the moment we walked into the hotel everything was perfect. Seamless check in after a long day. The room was beautiful. The restaurant was great. We had dinner there one night thanks to Mai’s recommendation we enjoyed the seafood Hot Pot. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. In the future when travelling I will look for Vin Pearl."

"We loved the hotel and staff so much we extended our stay from 10 days to almost a month. Please see my review I left for the extended stay. What I ran out of space on that review I will mention here. The supervisor in the breakfast buffet areas, Miss Vo Nhat Linh, went above and beyond for us. We stayed in the Premier Double Room, Sea View for the 1st part of our stay. The pictures Expedia shows are accurate. We stayed in the Luxury Double Room, Sea View for the 2nd part. The pictures are accurate plus we had 2 full bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk manager was amazing. I had a tad of difficulties with internet connection for my remote work; she had a call in to her IT and got me sorted out immediately. "

"Amenities are all good. Very welcome staff at the reception. However, the housekeepers seem to not know that cleaning should be done daily, except otherwise wanted from the guest to skip. "

"Normally, I never write a bad review for anything. But i feel like this time i need to let people know. Before I decided to book this hotel, I had done my research and watch many videos about them. It is all false advertisement. The hotel corridor carpet is filthy, dirty and smelly. People still smoke within the hotel, cigarettes smells and ashes are right by the elevator door. I had to check out 1 day early. During my check out, the receptionist came and show me a picture of the do not disturb sign, the sign got folded a little bit. She asked if I did that, i said no, it was already like that. For god sake, the sign is made out of paper . Pitifully !!! "
