Beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2Bath condo in the center of beautiful Longboat Key, an island just a few miles north of Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums provides a private beach, sheltered pool with sundeck, and beachfront grills so you won’t miss a minute of the sunset. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and all linens and beach towels are provided. Welcome to our island-style living!

Recently updated (2021) condo features a breakfast bar , a spectacular Gulf view from the open kitchen/dining/living area leading to the screened beachfront lanai. The split floor plan insures that the quiet bedrooms are separated from family activity areas in this “all-on-one-level” condo.

Stainless steel kitchen, with plenty of cupboards and spacious granite breakfast bar. Designer bedding in the king master and queen guest bedrooms.

Beautiful and quiet

The condo was updated and absolutely beautiful. The beach was amazing and the shell hunting was great. Nice quiet area to relax.

The condo was pristine- the view was amazing- the beds were hands down the best mattresses I've slept on during a vacation stay The living room furniture was comfy The kitchen had everything you could think of and then some The screened in Lanai was fantastic- we could sit out there all night and not one bug bite We go to longboat twice a year and I will rent 104a again and again You cannot beat this location and unit- love love love it!
