"We booked three nightsin advance months before visit. On arrival we were told that our chosen class of room was unavailable. No excuse given other than the hotel was busy. We did however get the room we booked on our second night. Staff were friendly and hotel good. If we did not have the issue of the the room availability I would have rated the hotel higher. The reservation system let us down it is not good enough."
