"Very large, spacious house and fantastic grounds. Lots of room inside and out for us to spread out. Facilities excellent. We made good use of hot tube, pool and table tennis tables and the young ones enjoyed the kids play area. Easy access to Cotswolds Way path. Although the property is on the edge of Dursley, the grounds are large, giving the impression that you are almost in the countryside."

Great location for day trips and nice and quiet in the evenings. Beautiful grounds to wander around. Fantastic communication with the host. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. "We had a fantastic time in this cottage. The sheep and chickens are walking freely around the cottage, but can't access the garden/cottage through the gate. This makes it perfect for small children and pets as well, because they can't just run into the low-traffic street. Everything needed was provided, even bed linen, towels, some cleaning supplies etc. Wifi was fully operational and stable (important for the children) and Netflix, Youtube and Twitch could be connected to the smart-tv....

"The property owners were great and made sure our arrival was welcoming with great info and welcome pack. The property is a unique original cottage with hone comforts and incredible view. There are some great walks and lots of activities nearby and a visit to ye older ferrie inn is a must. As with anywhere in this area to get the most you have to prepared to be a bit active and there are a few steps required to get down to the cottage but definitely worthwhile. "We enjoyed staying at Bank House it was so peaceful. Listening to the birds whilst enjoying the views wonderful. Lots of places to sit in the garden. Only thing missing were a couple of recliner chairs to collapse into to relax, snooze, after a long day walking. We were lucky with the weather too so all good. The house was well equipped with information and how everything worked etc. contact with host very good. Garden fine for dogs. The area is absolutely beautiful and we hope to come again."

"Roy was the manager on duty when we checked in and out. He helped carry one of our suitcases to our suite! He was awesome and helped out with some local areas to dine and visit.
