"This is the best hotel in all of Kenya. And that’s not an understatement and yes, I’ve been to hotels all over Kenya for the last 11 years. Maybe there is a hotel that is drastically nicer and more luxurious up in the Masai Mara like the other JW Marriott in that location that’s $5000 a night or the Ritz Carlton in that area for $5000 a night but for 150-600 USD a night in Nairobi there is nothing better. The quality of the food the furnishings, pool, and all of its many other features is unparalleled. The Hyatt Regency might have a nicer gym, but the JW Marriott is superior in every other way."

"I stayed at the Best Western Premier for 6 nights on business. I like that this hotel is close to the Sarit Centre and Westgate Mall. The breakfast isn't as good as the Hyatt Place across the street, but for the price, I will still choose to stay here again. The gym is very spacious with modern equipment and both times I had the whole gym to myself. The rooms are not the largest, but still felt just big enough to be comfortable. The amenities are very modern and it was very quiet, both from the interior and exterior. I have stayed at the Movenpick and Hyatt Place prior to this trip, but I will choose Best Western Premier again because it's less expensive and feels just as modern."

"This hotel is fantastic and a great value for what it offers. My stay was great from start to finish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - the airport pickup was quick, convenient and pleasant (if a little expensive), the staff at the front desk remembered me each morning and helped me print documents for my meetings. Food options are very good too. I visited the 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby at least once a day, enjoyed a drink by the poolside restaurant and finished my stay with dinner at Inca. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Every amenity has been thought of with care and flair here. I would stay again in a heartbeat!"
