Walking around inside the house the floors left our feet completely black, there was limited supplies in the house that would make it difficult for a long-term stay. Overall it was okay, I would consider staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family for my son's college graduation. There was more than enough room with multiple beds, good size rooms, a terrific family room and kitchen space and a spacious airy environment. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay again.

This home was nicely appointed. a nice place to stay. It was exactly as described. The only downside was the fence line was falling down to the back yard. But that would not keep me from returning. It was very convenient.

Accurate listing. Property inside is very nice however amenities are minimal. No spare towels or kitchen towels. Also, water pressure in guest restroom is very low and thr water temperature fluctuates to extremes. Goes from hot shower to very cold without adjusting. Overall, nice for a quick weekend.

First of all, the owner was really good communicating and responding to any questions or issues we had. The house didn’t have any hot pads and only one kitchen dish towel and he had those items shipped to us the next day. That was great! However, there is an active cockroach problem in the house. The owner has bug spray that I used (doesn’t seem like something I should have to do on vacation!) but there was still an issue the entire week we were there. We saw a couple of cockroaches even on our last day. That was not good. The floors need a good deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen. There was also an issue with the AC not working. That issue got resolved our last night by the owner. I know the owner was out of the country for a while so maybe that had something to do with the condition of the house. Also, the outside of the house looks a bit rundown with a broken fence and could use a little upkeep all around. The house can sleep quite a few people with three bedrooms and two full baths. It was just the two of us so we had a ton of space. The house could be a really good spot with some deep cleaning and then getting the cockroach problem taken care of.

disappointed in location,house had no hand towels, no dish towels. kitchen poorly stocked for long term rentals. Had to have geek squad to navigate TV took a week to get master shower working. Host was cooperative

As the mother of the groom, I rented this property to give the girls a place to relax & get ready for the wedding. The beds were perfect & the inside of the house was picture perfect!! The girls used the dining room table for hair & Makeup. With big windows that provided great lighting. Kitchen is beautiful!! Living room is comfy & large. I had a couple of questions for Carlos who was quick to answer & he took care of everything very quickly! I highly recommend this property & Carlos is the perfect host! We had a great stay!!
