Het huisje is eenvoudig maar heeft de charme die past bij het landgoed. Er heerst rust en de stilte is fijn overal staan stoelen om te genieten van de rust en het uitzicht. Zwembad is super mooi en heeft een goed uitzicht. Fijne plek om tot jezelf te komen.

Das Grundstück und die Unterkunft sind wirklich traumhaft schön. Der Ausblick von dort oben ist super. Das Grundstück bietet viele schöne Ecken, wo man sich es gemütlich machen kann, um ein Buck zu lesen, Wein zu trinken oder einfach nur zu entspannen. Der Pool ist sehr gut gepflegt und immer sauber. Von hier lassen sich auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Gemüsegarten, an dem man sich bedienen darf. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ebenfalls sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einmal die Woche richtet sie ein gemeinsames Abendessen für alle Gäste aus - mit leckerem italienischem Essen. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral in der Toskana, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von dort recht gut erreichen kann. Wir würden auf jeden Fall auch nochmal hierher kommen.

Behalve dat de locatie lastig te vinden was voor ons en de route op de bergweg naar ons vakantiehuis zeer steil is, hebben wij daarna alleen maar positieve ervaringen. Warme ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Echt een schitterende locatie bij een zeer leuk dorp in een prachtige omgeving en uitstekende uitvalsbasis naar de vele mooie steden in Toscane!

We zijn bij aankomst hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars. De omgeving is ronduit schitterend met prachtige tuin en mooie accommodaties. Het enige minpunt is het feit dat ons verblijf NIET geschikt was voor 4 personen alhoewel dit door Belvilla wel zo geadverteerd werd. Ook de eigenaar heeft ons daarop gewezen dat het eigenlijk niet de bedoeling was om in onze accommodatie vier volwassen personen te huisvesten. Het huis is wel geschikt voor eventueel ouders en 2 kleine kinderen maar dan moet dit ook op de site van Belvilla ook DUIDELIJK aangegeven worden.

De aankomst was even zoeken, we waren voorbereid dat het een klim naar boven was, maar onze navigatie gaf een andere weg aan waardoor we in eerste instantie verdwaalt waren. De klim naar boven is goed te doen, eerste keer spannend. Daarna went het. Google maps instellen op Casa Sesta en dan vind je het zo! Aangekomen met een huisgemaakte wijn en olijfolie en omdat het pasen was had ze ook een echte paasduif (Colomba) gekocht, heerlijk. Prachtige locatie, mooie accommodatie, heel sfeervol. De gastvrouw Giulia is zeer behulpzaam. Ze zijn redelijk zelfvoorzienend en van al die producten zoals kruiden en fruit mag je gebruik maken. Ook hebben ze buiten barbecue's. Uitzicht an sich is geweldig en je kunt zo de natuur in lopen. Sereen en rustig. Ook zijn er goede restaurants in de buurt (let wel op de typische Italiaanse vandaag wel vandaag niet logica). Goede wijnboeren en ook de steden zoals Arezzo en Florence zijn in de buurt. Het gebied an sich is prachtig en leuk om vanuit hier door Chianti te rijden en wellicht ook de Montepulciano wijnstreek mee te nemen. Voorseizoen is het qua weer lastig, winderig en wat kouder, maar zodra de zon schijnt bloedheet. Zwembad is nog wel te koud om te gebruiken dan. Een echte aanrader!!

Fijn appartement in een prachtige omgeving. Het appartement ligt op een heuvel met schitterend uitzicht. Ook voor kinderen een leuke/vriendelijke omgeving. In juni waren de avonden als gevolg van de hoogte soms nog wat fris. De voorzieningen zijn super; zwembad, tafeltennistafel, speeltoestelletjes (en nog wat losse speelgoed dingen), barbecue, kruidentuin, een ezel, verbazend goede wifi (ook bij zwembad, 100mbit haal je makkelijk). In de directe omgeving is niet heel veel te beleven dus de auto pakken is onvermijdelijk. Daar staat wel tegenover dat je heerlijk de hele dag kan vertoeven op locatie. Wij komen terug.

ongelooflijk verzorgd en onderhouden Domien. Er heerste een stilte die je bijna niet geloofd. Alles klopte en de eigenaars zijn alle dagen onzichtbaar aanwezig en behulpzaam met raad en daad. Voor mij de vaste verblijfplaats in Toscane in de toekomst.

Wat een prachtige plek! Super uitzicht, mooi zwembad en overal leuke plekjes om van de omgeving te genieten. Gastvrijheid is top! Laat je niet ontmoedigen door de steile weg naar boven, is de moeite meer dan waard. Wij komen graag terug!
