A 3000 sf 4BR/2.5 BA house with a swimming pool, spa, open floor plan, living room with high ceilings, backyard with waterfall, BBQ, Jacuzzi tub in the Master Bathroom, plenty of parking spaces, and walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants.
