Excellent location with very easy access to the surrounding major museums. Lots of choices to dine from along Wilshire Drive. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious clean room with very comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was a last minute stay as we originally had a hotel booked, it was in a bad part of town so we found the AC hotel. It was clean, safe, big room, along with a spacious bed, and we paid for valet parking. Valet parking was efficient. Thank you AC hotel for the last minute stay!

Exceptional hotel. For a 3 star, they went above in beyond with customer service, and cleanliness. From the housekeeper, to valet, front desk & waitress at buffet, everyone was always smiling and ready to help. Well maintained and clean. Small pool plus basic gym. Good enough for a few days. The breakfast buffet was basic as well but it did it's job for a quick breakfast. Location was the best, close to everything and central. Would recommend.

Dinner was not good. The restaurant has very few options, and what they had did NOT match the accommodations. You would be better off get dinner at a different restaurant. The menu is very poor and the selection of the 3 main plates are not of value compared to the cost. Drinks are fine pool not great, very small pool is only a soaking pool. Other than that the hotel is nice and clean.

Great location for our needs. Walkable to fast food, breakfast diner and coffee shop if you choose not to eat at the hotel. Nice room with everything you’d expect. Love the hydration stations for refilling your own bottle, avoiding plastic bottles

Stayed here for my girlfriend’s 26th birthday, and we both loved it. We came all the way from New Jersey and stayed in the King suite with the city view, the room was very spacious and clean and the hotel location was perfect and in proximity of all our excursions

I think you should make sure folx know that the pool is really a wading pool although it's gorgeous and PLEASE put higher railings up on the right side of the pool area. It's terrifying with a kid! Love Love LOVE your staff and gorgeous hotel otherwise. Chris the valet deserves a raise- what a nice, helpful person!

The hotel was clean and had a Nordic, clean feel to it. The staff was lacking except for Darryl-he was very helpful. Out of coffee in the lobby by 8:30 am!? So I went to the cafe area and located a staff person. Told him lobby area was out of coffee- so he said “ just get some coffee in here then and oh- can you tell the front desk we are out of coffee ? #1- I shouldn’t have to alert staff about this- it’s his job and #2 there was no one at the front desk-in fact no one anywhere - until I located him in the cafe area . So staff needs a management meeting to tell them to up their game…they are in the hospitality business—not the disappearing business.
