Private pool house in City of Ontario Southern California is a perfect place for your family getaway or business trip. This is the main house with 2 bedrooms, two queen beds, 1 bathroom, 4K TV, living room, Dinning room, Full size kitchen, covered patio, private pool, dedicated working desk, FREE 100mbps WIFI internet, and more.

Our house is professionally cleaned and sanitized thoroughly with CDC-approved cleaning products. All the liens and towel are carefully washed.

Please note: No street parking on Mondays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM due to city street sweeping enforcement.

We are located in very convenient location. Restaurant and stores (Starbucks, Stater Bros, In N Out, Target, etc.) are within 5 minutes distances.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and spacious just as advertised. The location was in a great neighborhood. Rico was very attentive to our needs and checked in on us after there was an earthquake. When I needed an extra night, he was more than accomodating. Great host!

Host was great. Quiet neighborhood. This is not a single home. There is an attached apartment that I was unaware of. It did not state this wasn’t a whole house. You can hear the renters through the walls. No problem but you should no before.

Excellent stay, excellent host.

My dad and I really enjoyed our stay. Rico was very communicative. The house was very clean (not a bug in sight as another review has said). There was plenty of space. Everything was in good condition, and there were even little extras. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested.

Host was very communicative and checked in during stay. House was well stocked including coffee bar and snacks. Weather wasn't warm enough for pool, however it is well maintained. Large washer and dryer a bonus as with the heavy rain we needed dry clothes. Easy check in and out.

The place was very well maintained and we had a wonderful stay. The pool was one of the highlights and even with LA beaches close by we made the most of it almost every day.It was an oasis to come back to after enduring the LA traffic.Hosts were also ultra responsive and very welcoming.

The only reason I gave an over all rating of 2 was because of bed bugs on property. But the house was extremely clean and the owner. But when you have to deal with bed bugs on or in a very clean house it will destroy your experience on wanting to stay there or recommend anyone else to stay there. So please be careful at this property I’ll never come back to the property!
