Cozy 600 ft guest house with amazing view up the hill in Hacienda Heights area.

This private 600 ft Hacienda Heights guest house has two separate rooms, cosy bedroom with a queen size bed, three wardrobes, side table and armchair. And a living room with two sofas, coffee table and a full kitchen. fast 1GB internet Wi-Fi, full kitchen with everything you need there, full bathroom, two 40" smart TVs for each room, two ceiling fans, working space and relaxing private patio with a great mountain view. The guest house is located in a gated private property with 16 cameras around it. There is a big private parking next to the guest house. There are a lot of eucalyptuses around it, so the air is very fresh and healthy. Though it located up the hill, it is only 5 min.from the FW, 7 min. from most popular restaurants and shopping centers, hiking area, and other places of interests, less than an hour from most popular beaches.
