Would return to the hotel for the staff alone. Every person my party and I interacted with was amazing. From valet escorting me to cars, front desk agents helpful with deliveries and the pool staff always bringing smiles in the hot heat. The architecture in the rooms and throughout the hotel was also an added bonus.

This is the second time that we've stayed at Hotel Per La....unfortunately this time the gym was closed for repair, but in general the grounds are clean, the location is convenient, and the staff is friendly and responsive. We're looking forward to our next stay and just hope that the gym will be open next time.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Rooms were beautiful and clean. We didn’t have hand soap in the toilet oddly, but everything else was great! The restaurant staff was really nice as well. Coffee after 10 am with brunch was limited. Wish they had some cappuccino but we walked over to a near by coffee shop Soro that had the best cappuccino! Will definitely visit again and hopefully take out the time to relax by the rooftop pool area!

I was blown away by the hotel staff's hospitality and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure our trip was memorable. The restaurant and bar was beautiful and food was delicious. Even the coffee and croissants at the Cafe were great! Can't say enough good things.

Everyone I encountered in the hotel check-in, valet, coffee shop and poolside staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous and the restaurant severed very good food.

I booked this trip for my girlfriends birthday and the pool and everything was great, but we had no A/C in our room and I called the staff 5 times and they told me repeatedly that it was working when the thermostat didn’t go below 78 degrees. We didn’t sleep all night cause of how hot it was, and they didn’t offer me any discount or anything when checking out. I wish I would have just not booked the hotel and drove home after the concert. Won’t be returning.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. This boutique hotel is so charming. Unfortunately our room had a couple of cleanliness issue like someone's leftover chipotle still being in the mini fridge. The rooftop pool area and restaurant were also a nice place to spend a little time. However, one morning there had obviously been late night visitors that left a lot of mess. Shoes and clothing scattered around the pool deck, a pack of wet cigarettes, wine bottles, etc. Ha, I guess that's LA for you! Our room was comfortable, the bed slept well, and their water pressure was a thing of beauty. Strong, but not painful! I would stay here again.

Place is beautiful with a lot of style and centrally located in dtla. Reasonably priced for larger suite, but for the price I expected a bit more in the way of creature comforts. There were two robes, some shampoo and conditioner and a mini coffee maker with three pods. Scant….. less than luxurious by all definitions. Additionally there was only one trash can in the room, the outlets all were busted and both tvs never worked. This place surprisingly offers no early or late checkout and the hotel guest services was impossible to reach and valet staff outright insulted a guest of mine. Otherwise fantasticnplace
