Centrally located on the west side of LA. Minutes from Playa Vista, Culver City, Marina Del Rey, Venice, and LAX. Take a walk or run down the Ballona Creek Bike Path which leads down to the Marina and Playa Del Rey beach. Our cozy and stylish one-bedroom has everything you need for a comfortable extended stay including parking, comfy Aviya mattress, Miele washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and fast wifi. Building is a duplex with hosts residing in the other unit if you need anything.

There is an open concept living area with full kitchen, dining nook, and living room. Washer and dryer are located in the bedroom closet. There is a small back patio that can be used for smoking as there is no smoking allowed inside.
