We got to check in early. But we were given a dusty ( chair , lamps and dressers were very dusty as was the floor ) room quite a distance from elevator. Could they not offer an upgrade or move us closer ..? The hotel did not seem that busy. The maids were knocking on our door at 9:45 am. Then at 10:30 they tried entering room - but we had it locked. Isn’t check out at 11?? There were no do not disturb signs to be found in the room. Stay was ok - not sure we’d stay again. The Valet guys were awesome though !

Arrived at our given room to find that it was a mess as someone had used it and it had not been cleaned. We were given another room. The next morning a call from the desk woke us up to tell us that there wasn't supposed to be anyone in that room. When we went to check out we were charged for the room we did not stay in. Go figure. ????
