You should have guests take a number or queue up for the shuttle. We were first in the lobby but others got on the shuttle before us and we had to wait. Your manager on duty was rude and unhelpful when we expressed concern that we might miss our flight waiting for the next shuttle.

They did not provide a wifi code. There was no template on the phone. Switches for light not on a wall. Some up on lamp some in weird location's. Tipped $5 for them to fix problems. Made 3 trips in lobby for assistance. The rooms are nice and clean.

Very convenient for an overnight stay after a long flight. Quiet, nice, large room with kitchen area. The free shuttle that runs 24 hours was another good reason to book this hotel.

I've stayed at a few airport hotels in my time, and all of them were run down and knew they could get away with it given their airport proximity. This hotel completely breaks that mold. The room was amazingly clean, came with a mini kitchen, and a giant bathroom. Everything was spotless and well maintained. When I booked this place, it was just to catch a flight the next morning out of LAX. However I would have stayed here for the whole trip if I knew what I was getting! I'd give this place a 10/10. The only thing I'd note for other folks is that it's not really walkable to the airport. Google makes it look like a 15 minute walk but given the size of LAX and lack of sidewalks, you really have to take the free hotel shuttle.

Very close to airport and easy to get back and forth from. It was a bit run down in the bathroom, peeling paint on tub and no hot water in the shower, only warm or cold. The breakfast was excellent for a free breakfast! I will be staying here again when I need a snack mace close to LAX.

I never stayed at a residence inn before and loved the room in general. I love the kitchen amenities available and the bed was so comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast options available and the area was spacious. Staff were on point cleaning the tables and replenishing as people would come and go. Next time I’ll stay a little longer .

A very pleasant stay. Good shuttle service. All staff were very friendly. Krispy Kreme's in the lobby. Room service food was particularly good, and delivered fast and hot. Excellent water pressure and flow which is unusual in LA. Beds comfortable. A very well managed hotel.

It was a lovely stay. There were two minor inconveniences: it was difficult to reach the front desk by phone, and the TV what’s glitchy enough that I just shut off.

Room is unique and clean. Parking is overpriced $50 and mini store is overpriced. Four small Dasani water and a small bag of thin cookies for $36. Inflation and price gouging is ridiculous.

Stayed on a layover, shuttle was easy to access both from the airport and back the next day, only waited about 5 min both directions. Breakfast was standard but lots of space to sit, pool area is nice but pool itself wasn't super clean. Rooms are a little beat up but quiet and spacious. Starbucks, Jimmy johns and a pizza place in the hotel itself. Solid airport stay.

Stayed here overnight. Check in process was quick and easy. Didn’t need to pay for additional guest fees. Staff were friendly. Room felt dirty. Parking was $54 a day. Hated the parking situation. It’s in shared garage with other hotels nearby making it separate from the hotel which was annoying bc you’d have to find a spot that wasn’t reserved for another hotel guests. Parking spots were compact.

Although the location was good for LAX, our room did not seem prepared for us. The trash cans had not been emptied from the prior guest, and there was a dirty towel hanging too. We also only had 2 clean towels provided, even though we were a confirmed party of five. Also, the bedside clock alarm went off at 6am, which wasn’t set by us. Definitely dissatisfied with this stay.

I liked the proximity to the Airport, pool, friendly staff and free upgrade to our room as it was not ready but the bigger room was! Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We went on a cruise so we stayed at your hotel when we arrived in L.A before the cruise and after. We noticed the mirror backs in the bathrooms were fuzzy with dust around the back lite mirrors as the dust fell down on the vanity. Our return room had corroded vanity faucets.

Our family liked everything: a large room, a lot of comfortable furniture, clean! The photos and descriptions of the room on the website are true to reality. But there is one big minus to staying at this hotel: expensive paid parking: $54 per night!! This situation has upset me and I will no longer stay at this hotel. I paid over $250 for one night at the hotel and $54 for one night of parking!

The furniture is the rooms are out-dated, torn, and looks unclean. The sofa - we have several rooms - was quite uncomfortable. Poor, flat sofa cushion.

It is very close to the airport but you can’t hear the planes flying by. The daily breakfast was good and had different options. The workers there did a great job keeping area clean and getting food out. Staff was friendly. Nice to have a Starbucks and 2 food places attached. Pool was not crowded. Rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a sitting area and kitchen. Bathroom is good size with a small area next to it so others can do hair or makeup. Only issue we had was with housekeeping. They are supposed to come every 2 to 3 days but they didn’t come until I had to call twice. They were very apologetic and we weren’t sure why our room was not being cleaned. When we asked for extra towels or toilet paper, they did bring it up right away. as for the location, daily breakfast and price of the hotel, it was worth going to.
