The hotel could use a remodel but the staff was amaxzig. I spent a lot of time talking with Robert the night time front desk staff as well as some others. Awesome people. If i was my hotel I would do 2 things. Remodel rooms and change the shuttle service company which is a total debacle. The location is perfect as less than 2 blocks away are an array of great restaurants. I will stay there again.

The only negative was that when we checked in, there were no luggage carts available and the checkin desk was unable to locate one. We had three large suitcases and two carryon suitcases to manage. Since we had an accessible room on the first floor, I was able to make a few trips to get the luggage to the room. On checkout we had no problem with getting a luggage cart.

There was not free parking for guest and the parking fee was thirty dollars per day. This was my first time ever paying for parking at a hotel that I made reservation to stay. Also, there was not complimentary breakfast. Lastly, there was no microwave in the room for warming up food. I will not be recommending family or friends at this hotel.

This is a budget hotel, which is fine as long as paying budget rates. I did not receive an email ahead of check-in explaining that the shuttle was only on demand (and after you call, it is slow to arrive). Then, going back to the airport the next morning. it arrived 15 minutes even though I reserved night before. Then the shuttle goes to 3 other properties so it was 40 minutes to get to my terminal. Then, after arriving late, the driver gets up and makes a speech about the importance of tipping (in fairness, he is very animated and hard working). The room had no fridge and there is no food service after 10 AM. I arrived early and they told me to wait in the lobby until check in time (no offer to leave my bag) - fine, but then the next morning I had a $30 charge for early check-in! They took if off after I told them I sat in the lobby for hours and did not get early check in or even leave a bag. They took it off. For the right price, it's fine - it's clean and the bed and pillows were comfy and you can control the temperature in your room which I always appreciate. The correct rate for this place is ~ $150 and that would make it fine. I paid more (for a last minute booking) and for the price I paid I would expect better. It's all relative.

Can’t beat the price ! You can Uber to the tourist attractions in Los Angeles, will only take about 40 minutes to an hour ( depending where you wanna go and what time you’re going!) There’s a Ralphs supermarket about 7 minutes walk from the hotel, a In and out burger, a subway and a IHOP further down. Lady working at the Starbucks was really nice! I arranged the transfer to LAX airport with the hotel and it was on time and efficient, for free! The only thing I didn’t like is that the room had a smell, I’m not sure of what but it had an odor. But overall I would stay here again!

It is a basic hotel that provides good stopover for travelers. Room is spacious, walking distance to food and retail store. Love that they provide transportation to the airport.

For what I paid for this room I had to ask them for a microwave The pool was closed that was one of the reasons I reserved the damn room in the first place so my grandson could swim
