This newly remodeled, simple yet elegant 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home offers stunning views from every room and balcony running the length of the home. Dramatic main floor features an open living room dining room space perfect for entertaining! The massive chef's kitchen will meet the needs of the most demanding amateur chef. The top level offers not one but two master suites, each with their own modern bath and spacious closets. This secluded oasis offer peace and tranquility while being only a whisper away from the excitement of Ventura shops, restaurants, and bars. Only a 5 minute walk to Ventura, and near CBS, Universal, Warner Brothers and the west side! Home includes a two vehicle carport and washer dryer.
Please note that there is a on-site guest house with a totally separate entrance and parking, so there is no shared space or amenities.
