Kitchen lacks amenities. Fridge was not working. They only give 2 towels even if they now there are 5 of us. Took a long time to deliver towels. Found the surrounding area unsafe. Front staff helpful.

Very nice hotel with functional kitchen and large fridge. We had a smell in our bathroom that smelled like sewer and leaked into the room. The maintenance man said he smelled nothing but they offered us a new room. Breakfast was fair, location was good.

We loved this hotel when we came before summer. And the staff here is wonderful. Unfortunately, with the influx of people over the summer, the pool was so filthy. I was unable to use it for two weeks. The areas around the pool were covered in dried sticky liquids, food, and other nasty things. The electricity went out once. The TV didn’t work one full night. The laundry machines don’t work, and my husband spent hours and hours trying to handle a few loads overall we had a very difficult stay.

I gave it 3 stars out of 5 only because most of the employees were helpful and friendly. There were a few that seemed to not care. My example would be when asked for more pool towels, the information was relayed to another employee who never showed up. We found the pool to be completely occupied each day for birthday parties. The pool was visibly dirty. I encountered a homeless person on the property, and another one around the corner. I considered going to a different hotel after the first few nights, but decided not to, only because our room was fine.
