The worst experience ever. wanted to have a romantic rendezvous but the vibe wasnt there. There rooms are small, trash, dirty, smokey, and roaches creeping thru the cracks. The TV are like 25in with no remote, and when i ask for a refund they denied it after looking at the room for 5 minutes. i give this place a NEGATIVE -10

Room 117. This place looks nice from the outside, but the room is in terrible condition with peeling paint, the carpet and furniture are ancient, the sink smells like sewage, the curtain is so tight you can't move it without it falling down, and the blankets are burned with cigarettes. I will definitely never return, I don't recommend it, and the price is far too high for such a disgusting place.

DO NOT STAY HERE. SCAM. When you check in they will ask you for more money in cash! Doesn’t matter if you book ahead and pay ahead. They will harass you for money. It was the oddest thing I have ever experienced. BEWARE

You get what you pay for.

Booked online, paid ahead and was charged a cash deposit when checking in. The deposit wasn’t and issue for me. When checking out the lady working in the morning had no idea a deposit was charged or the amount. They asked me how much I paid and then gave me cash back. Room also was not very clean.

Friendly staff, room just looked dated compared to pictures online. Weird smell, and room had gang tags all over even in the bathroom. Little bit of mold in the bathroom and it was a hole in the wall from the door. You truly get what you pay for. Also , WiFi did not work, no fire alarm.

This hotel is amazing in every way. We arrived late so they allowed us to check out late. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite for such a low price. The staff the food the atmosphere everything about this hotel deserves 5 stars. There was nothing about it that I could complain about. As for the area around the hotel. It's Manila and anywhere in Manila is going to have homeless people beggers prostitutes and dirty streets but once you arrive at the hotel you pull into the property and see none of this bc it's private and secluded and beautiful and safe with security and a wonderful staff that goes out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. We will make this our go to hotel anytime we stay in Manila

HORRIBLE!!! Attendant was rude. My original price was $80 and then he charged me $40 for my daughter. Cigarette holes in the blanket, graffiti’s on the door and wall, doors and walls extremely dirty, filth everywhere
