"There was a $500 resort discount voucher included in my reservation. The vouchers were useless. There was $80 worth of vouchers that were for "upgrade room". There is no point of an "upgrade room" voucher when you have already paid for the room and these vouchers are given after the fact."

"Un excelente lugar para descansar y pasar unos días, el hotel es pequeño pero agradable, nos encantó que el cuarto tuviera dos pisos con dos cuartos, dos baños y además cocina, comedor, sala y balcón. El personal siempre muy amable y atento en todo momento. La alberca siempre tranquila y la limpiaban diario por las mañanas. El servicio de desayunos muy bien y rico, quizá le falta algo más de variedad pero la verdad siempre desayunamos bien. El horario de comidas me pareció un poco corto (hasta las 4:00 pm), tenía un mini bar cerca de la alberca, pero me parece que también tenía el mismo horario."

"We went here on our honeymoon- it was so nice. We went in rainy season so it was pretty hot! The room had air conditioning and the staff and facilities were awesome. The beach club is convenient and a nice addition considering the hotel is not on located right on the beach. Don’t miss the last bus back to the hotel @545 😂 Would definitely recommend."
