- In Los Llanos de Aridane, the holiday home "Bayton House", renovated to preserve its original structure with a modern touch and maximum comfort, offers you excellent views of the mountains and the garden. The 120 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 5 people. The living room is perfect for entertainment, with a TV and a comfortable armchair. Glass doors provide plenty of natural light and garden views. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace, making outdoor dining easy.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a workspace, smart TV with over 40 channels in different languages, fan and washing machine. A cot and high chair are available on request. All bedrooms have a TV and a fan. The master bedroom has a 180x200 cm bed and en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has a double bed and the third a single bed with a small workspace.
You have a private outdoor area with a saltwater pool, garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. The pool can be heated on request for an extra fee. The 600 m² exterior features gardens, terraces, dining area, sun loungers, parasol and an outdoor shower with hot water. Public transport links are within walking distance, and you are just a 12-minute walk from the centre of Los Llanos.
