"Check-in is always very slow. Breakfast had many choices. Air conditioner worked well. TV didn't work well. Overall, an ok hotel but not sure the price is worth it for Mexico."

"Our room smelled like moldy water and pee and we moved to a different room that had the same problem the lobby smells serious off but at least they have a pool. The guest can really improve their stay if each room had a small fridge to keep cold water"
