"My family loves this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. The staff is amazing—everyone is so cheerful, friendly, and helpful, it really feels like they value and appreciate you as a guest. Great hotel for relaxing. The pool area is incredible as well, peaceful and soothing with nice views and plenty of places to hang out. Love the restaurants, too—they have options for everyone! (My husband and I are vegan and were able to eat very well with delicious food at the Sports Bar and the Willows Steakhouse!) The casino is fun and bustling. The hotel is very convenient to visit the charming areas of Solvang and Los Olivos, go wine tasting, or stop by the Santa Ines Mission. We’ve stayed here twice now and had a wonderful experience both times."

"Great location in town. Cute hotel and friendly staff. Bathrooms a bit dated and outside noise easy to hear inside but I would definitely come back. They could upgrade whatever shampoo is in the dispenser if you want to add a star to amenities. Overall I think it's a great place. Oh and did I mention free happy hour wine? 😀"

"The AC unit sounded like a hammer. There was hair in the bathroom. The room was not ready at 4pm and they didn't call me when it was ready ( tho they said they would) The USB plugs and the 110.outlets by the bed did not work. The place looked great online but was underwhelming."
