"I was trying to decide between this hotel and Sandcastle which is located downtown. I'm so glad we chose Inn at the Cove! The grounds are gorgeous, with lots of seating available to take in the amazing ocean views and watch the variety of birds and bunnies going about their day. Our room looked recently remodeled and was very clean. Even the baseboards were dusted! Parking was plentiful and it was a quick drive downtown or easy walk to Ventana grill (one property down) for a great meal and bar. The downtown properties may be close to the pier but I preferred how secluded this place was and parking downtown on a Sunday wasn't bad at all when we drove in. I loved the calm and serenity of this place, something you could not find downtown (crowds). The oceanfront room was worth it, just wish the blinds would open all the way for more views."
