Rots dirty small room for „4 persons“, old food from former guests in the ofen, insects in the kitchen part, bread crumbs and old blood on the very very old bed. No free space for my cloths. "Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!"

"We got the all inclusive package and the staff was consummating to my friend that is gluten free. The staff is not all bilingual if you do not speak any Spanish. The hotel was nice. There is no AC in the summer just heat. The heated pool was not warm. Pools were fairly dirty. We loved the location and the meals. Breakfast ends a little early but overall it was very convenient and well worth the money"
