The Room service menu was good, the laundry service was also good. The hotel is walking distance from good restaurants and cafes etc which I thought great

They did not help me with an extra bed that I needed, so I had to rent another room. They were rude, should teach them manners.

A nice one night stay in this hotel. Barcelo is close to the main Madrid Chamartin train station which is why we chose it. There is a direct underground train from the airport to the station and the hotel is a 4 minute walk from the station. Hotel was clean, functional. Bedroom was large and a great superking bed. Nice large bathroom with separate toilet. An uber to the downtown attractions was around €11. We decided to have supper in the hotel restaurant and it was really excellent. Much better than we were expecting and good value for money. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, so can’t comment on that. Sadly, as we were staying a Sunday night, the rooftop bar was closed (apparently closed Sundays and Mondays, which was a shame). Also as we stayed in March the outdoor pool was closed, but obviously not a problem! Overall a perfect place for a short stay, especially if you are travelling from Charmartin station.
