    Inside, Sarah Fortescue Designs have created elegant yet welcoming interiors filled with bold colour, luxurious fabrics and contemporary comforts. The open-plan living and dining room is warm and characterful, complete with a roaring log burner, smart television and board games, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The cottage offers two beautifully styled bedroom suites, one kingsize and one twin, both with luxurious ensuite bathrooms, organic toiletries and fluffy bathrobes for an indulgent stay.
    Guests can fully enjoy the exceptional estate grounds, from lakeside picnics and deer park walks to tennis, cycling, yoga and exploring the woodland trails.     A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed on request at time of booking, for an additional charge of £22 per dog, per stay. Please note that the dogs must stay downstairs.

    The wider grounds and tennis court are shared with the Estate's other holiday cottages however your group will retain plenty of privacy.
