"You can't beat the location and price of this motel. The room was basic but just fine and comfortable. It was quiet despite being right in the middle of the German Village with lots of places within walking distance. This is a motel with doors that open to the outside, but felt safe, clean and perfect for what we were there for. We came for a concert at the Palace Theater and it was a quick 10 minute Uber ride away."

There was plenty of food available and coffee 24hrs. The restaurant and bar on property was convenient with great pizza. The walking distance to the Arena district was ideal. "

"Our room was very clean and comfortable. Tracy was a wonderful friendly host, remembered our names and greeted us each time. Her breakfast was delicious and the dining/home is decorated very nicely! It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Very convenient setting for a night out. We highly recommend checking the Lincoln Short out, it won’t disappoint!"

"The whole area was just amazing. The hotel was welcoming, clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. Valet was also on their game. My husband and I came for the Zara Larsson concert and Kemba Live was only an 11 min walk from the hotel. A liquor store and dispensary were with in 2 min walk from the hotel as well. Great area I definitely recommend staying. "
