"Depending on how much you pay, this is a good place to stay if looking for somewhere near Donegal Town with parking facility. As a guest house it mainly has classic decor/furniture style and although it feels homely, maintenance needs were evident. "Just returned from our trip to Ireland and one of the highlights our 4 night stay in This VRBO in Donegal Town. It was the perfect location and we plenty of room. Walk into town was easy and about 10mins. Donegal town was the perfect location we're we could visit different areas of Donegal each day. Having a washer dryer combo was helpful as we were on a 3 week trip. The washer/dryer is different and takes some getting use to. I found videos on YouTube which helped us figured out how to use the settings and to do small loads especially if u are drying items.Communication with Julie was easy and quick. Would rent again."

"Charming old country house on beautiful property with gardens, situated just minutes walk from Ardara village. The house is an old period home and maybe in need of some upgrades here and there. But if you're into these kinds of residences, you'll love it. We were put in a room in the adjacent coach house, which was a put as the upstairs rooms in the house itself looked beautiful and we were the only people staying the night we were there. There is no dinner served, so you'll need to head down to Ardara to eat, but a great cooked breakfast awaits so. Cute little bar in the main front living room, tended to by the owner, a lovely Englishman who has been running the place since he and his wife acquired it in the 1980s. If you want a break from the corporate Hilton style hotel experience, this is well worth it."
