Room is clean and quiet. Good location. Front counter staff was not very helpful or friendly. Room was nice but very small. For the price expected a bit nicer/bigger room. Restaurant and shops in the foyer area price gouge, a small coffee was 800 yen!! Was nice but would probably choose another hotel next time.

Loved the whole experience here! The gardens were beautiful. The spa was fabulous and loved the proximity too- close to Tokyo Dome.
