"The condo was very clean and well outfitted. Mini-split heat pumps in all of the major rooms. The main issue was a bunch of little problems:The AC in the master bedroom initially didn’t work. Took a couple of hours to problem solve and fix. We had two good sized rainstorms that resulted water leaking through bedroom ceilings, bathroom walls, and the floors facing patio doors. The people were GREAT. Front desk went out of their way to assist with our issues. They also stored 120 pounds of yellow fin tuna for free to make our stay better. With a small bit of mainenance it would be back to full marks."

"Top of the hill, Marina on one side and the beach on the other. Short walk either way depending on what you’re here for. The A/C keeps up fine for my stay and temps were 75-85 deg. The Host was very responsive to questions I had during check in and the staff at this location were all very nice. The grounds are also well kept by the staff and the property is well kept and quiet. I’ve personally walked over 40 miles while here enjoying the beach, the adjoining property’s and all of the docks daily. "
