Our check in process was great (I should have downloaded the app and did the online check in but Herberto make the process excellent. The room was what we booked and was ready for our arrival. Our first meal experience was at the Agave and it did not disappoint. The food and service was top notch. The services on site were excellent and over the course of 8 days, we did not have a single bad experience with the food, drinks or anything else for that matter. We had a couple small issues with our lights and safe but a technician was there to fix immediately. For our first trip to Cabo San Lucas, the staff at the RIU Palace Baja California made it memorable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again and again. "
