"Good location, reasonable price, the overall decor and bathroom fixtures was a "little tired"!"

"The front desk staff is a bit disengaged and not a lot of initiative. Had to remind one young lady to be sure our wrist bands were activated. On a different visit had ask a different young lady if she intended to advise when the room was ready. "

"Would 100% stay here again. First time to Ft. Myers since Hurricane Ian and wanted to throw my $$$ towards this amazing beach town. The hotel is definitely updated and clean. Our room had a kitchenette. Every room has ocean view too. Every single staff member at the Lani Kai exudes hospitality and genuine warmth. The servers at all of the restaurants had great stories and exuded pride in where they are. If flying into Florida please consider skipping Tampa, Marco Island or even Ft. Lauderdale and come here instead. It’s not over-crowded and tons of local spots to eat. The beaches are beautiful… and you will find great shells. - See you soon (from Orlando)"

"Staff was so friendly and acomodating. Rooms, beds and common areas are spacious, bright and comfortable. The beach is gorgeous and magical for collecting shells in the morning. This hotel has been a favorite of ours for years and we look forward to returning."
