"Stayed here for 3 nights over bank holiday. The place is so nice. Lovely staff. Very attentive there is a bar, cocktail bar, restaurant, rooms all greatly decorated. Food very great. Would definitely stay here again"

"The location was excellent, plenty of parking, staff really helpful. Just a note, rooms are upstairs & we did not notice a lift. The room was spotless, although the decor is a bit tired & worn."

"The Snug is a well equipped self catering accommodation. One small omission being no hair dryer which my wife always requires. For the older or less mobile the stairs may prove a little tricky as they are slightly steep and odd sizes. The internet tv didn’t work in the evenings but we watched free view so it wasn’t an issue. Other than these minor points you couldn’t want for more. A pleasant stay."

"It was lovely. It was quiet and away from people, v close to local amenities and sites. The WiFi is spotty but that is no criticism, it was great to know i could just read a book without constantly checking my screen. Will definitely come again."

"The toilet failed to flush unless the landlord flushed it! Was told it was on the repair list. bath pop up drain broken - needed a knife to get the plug out. All food kept on the bottom two shelves of the fridge froze to the shelves. One cupboard was full of opened and part used food. The washing machine gave off a bad smell. bed settee very uncomfortable not fit for purpose, ending up sleeping on very comfortable leather settee. Not enough crockery but 29 wine glasses. Bath towels were nice. Would not recommend a staying here. No gas landlords certificate in the property or instruction manuals as required."
