"Definitely a slightly outdated hotel but overall a nice place. My friends didn’t like their room but our room was fine. Staff were super friendly and they’re updating the hotel a bit. Lounge area is really nice and quiet with wine hour. They just opened a restaurant on the day we checked out unfortunately but looks super nice! They are definitely updating. "I had amazing stay. It was so peaceful and relaxing even though you’re in a beautiful location in the city right next to chinatown and a walk away from the Brooklyn bridge! I definitely will be back. They even have free yoga in the sky!! Room service was super responsive even though I had them heat up my leftovers quite a few times🤗."

"Loved the location of this hotel. The stay was good. I had fun interactions with the staff about the Sixers and the Knicks, I wore my Sixers gear when I checked in. Good people work at the front. The room we stayed in I thought could have been a bit cozier. The hardwood floor made it seem a bit cold and stiff. But regardless I would come back if I need to stay in the area.
