"Lovely apartment. We had a really nice few days here. No allocated parking, but we never had a problem finding a space close by. Good to have a shop so close (literally under our feet.)
Facilities were good; enough kitchen utensils, pans, etc. that we could cook meals with no problems. Nice bathroom and excellent lounge area. Seating area and space outside as well if the weather permits.
Nice area to walk around as well, with harbour and coast very close by.

"All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has a very spacious shower and soaking tub. The breakfast is fantastic! Best waffle I’ve ever had. The bar is lively especially on Saturday. Large selection of perfectly made drinks na there is a late evening menu. The location is wonderful. Only a few minute walk to Belfast Central station and some of the most popular pubs are within a 2-6 min walk. We would definitely stay here again."
"We had a wedding in Newcastle and decided to stay in the Avoca that night. I rang in advance to see if we could perhaps get an early check in to suit the early wedding and this was accommodated no problem. The hotel itself lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful.
